Stanley Omozokpia Emuan, called as a minister of the gospel by the grace and mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, he has been led by the Lord to Trinidad and Tobago, Brazil, Guyana, Barbados, Panama and Mexico as a missionary, passionately advocating for the Kingdom of God.

Stanley has dedicated his life serving the Lord as well as leading others to Christ (through community outreaches) His journey with the Lord was further enriched through training at the Global School of Supernatural Ministry, where he received comprehensive leadership and character development. During this period, Stanley was deeply impacted by influential figures such as Dr. Randy Clack, Dr. Mike Hutchings, Dr. Joanne Mooney, Heidi Baker, Brian Blount, Dr. Jeff Burnett, Kathy Dorrell, Daniel P. Mooney, Charity Cook, Dr. Luis Urrutia and David Skroch whose teachings and mentorship have profoundly shaped his life.

Currently Stanley is sensing the Lord's leadership to minister in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he is currently feeding the homeless community and providing clothing and addressing their spiritual needs through prayers. Stanley is committed to giving away all he has received with love. His passion is to see lives being transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit, demonstrating Christ’s love to all.

Daniel P. Mooney

Daniel P. Mooney has been engaged in Christian ministry for over 4 decades in multiple church staffs covering the areas of worship, discipleship, collegiate, missions, small groups, leadership development and Bible teachings. His heart is to follow Jesus with all his heart and to make disciples the way He did.

Joyce Bacon

Joyce Bacon is the Owner and Founder of the Career Wellness Initiative and United Families Inc. She is deeply passionate about serving her community and advancing the welfare of others. Guided by her faith, her mission is to encourage and empower individuals to embrace their full potential in Christ.

Otis Murray

Treasurer

Otis Murray is an investment and capital markets professional who has served in senior leadership roles guiding investment strategies, cross-border transactions, and building teams that deliver with excellence. Holding an International MBA in Finance, he combines technical expertise with a heart for servant leadership and stewardship.

Beyond his professional work, Otis has been actively involved in youth and music ministries. He believes gifts are to build up others and strengthen the body of Christ. He is passionate about advancing Kingdom impact. Strengthening communities, and creating opportunities that bring lasting transformation.

Grounded in his faith, Otis believes his calling is to be a faithful steward of both resources and relationships- measures success not only by outcomes in finance, but by lives touched, empowered, and drawn closer to God.

Lorraine F. Holley

Board Member

Lorraine F. Holley has been a realtor for the past 30 years. She served on the Fallston Women’s Aglow board for 3 years as treasurer. Lorraine attended Mt. Zion church for 36 years. At Mt. Zion, she started the Pioneer Club for children, and coordinated the program for the first 2 years. Lorraine also served as Youth minister for the middle high students for 2 years, creating the program and running retreat weekends. Lorraine also co-started Walking In Victory support group, and more recently Overcomers, a support group for family members whose loved ones are struggling with mental illness.

Lorraine has been a member of the Emmaus community (now Walking with Jesus) since 1988, serving on 12 teams with different positions, including Rector. She helped bring the ministry to Harford County, and served as chair and vice chair of the Emmaus Stepping Stone steering committee.

Lorraine and her husband Scott, host Living Stones house of prayer, in their home, twice a month. Growing In the Gifts of the Spirit has met monthly for the past 3 years in their home.
